Dragon Dining Chiku Center Donations - Update
After 1 month of the Pay-it-Forward Chiku Center Lunch Donation Program, run through Dragon Dining, our community has donated over 825 meals to feed those suffering from food insecurity in Kotobukicho. This video tells the story of how a lunch is prepared and where it is taken to feed those who need meals.
Secondary School Teachers Appreciation
The PTSA created this video by asking families for submissions of pictures of their children during Continuous Learning. The PTSA wanted to tell teachers that their work during this unprecedented time is truly valued, and that parents are grateful for how teacher continue to make learning and wellbeing a priority at YIS.

Dragon Dining Chiku Center Donations
Through Dragon Dining's Grab & Go lunch program, the YIS community provided the Chiku Center in Kotobuki-cho with 183 meals for the patrons of their lunch service in the week of April 20. That's a wonderfully helpful and inspiring gesture that speaks volumes about service learning. And thank you to HS student Miki for putting the video together.
